Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1–2 years in project coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or operations support.
• Telecom, construction, or field services experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with scheduling tools, work order management systems, or field service platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work orders and data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively follow up on open items.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process installation work orders through Omnia 360 and track status in Quickbase.
• Maintain the master drop installation tracker with daily production data and exceptions.
• Track progress against grant timelines and flag at-risk areas.
• Coordinate subscriber installation scheduling with clients and field teams.
• Manage and prioritize the installation queue based on timelines and priorities.
• Maintain dashboards and visual reports on completion rates and backlog.
• Track rework, failed inspections, and customer-reported issues, closing corrective actions.
• Coordinate enrollment, service readiness notifications, and installation appointments.
• Maintain subscriber records and report no-access situations and reschedules.
• Serve as a coordination point between client customer service and field operations.
• Track material usage, inventory, procurement, and delivery staging.
• Prepare daily/weekly production summaries and grant compliance documents.
