Job summary

Stimulus Technologies is seeking a Field Supervisor in Nevada to lead a fiber optic drop installation crew onsite. You will plan daily installations, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with the installation manager on scheduling and progress.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fiber drop installation and at least 6 months in supervision, with a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed. This role requires physical labor and strong customer interaction skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years hands-on fiber optic drop installation or OSP construction.
• 1+ year leading installation crews or readiness to lead.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation methods for aerial and buried applications.
• Ability to read construction drawings, splice schematics, and maps.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% for project assignments.
• Experience with reporting and production tracking on tablets or mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily drop installation activities for the assigned crew.
• Ensure installations meet company standards, project specs, and guidelines.
• Track daily production against timelines and grant/program requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling with the Drop Installation Manager.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed installations.
• Maintain material inventory and staging.
• Maintain daily production records including unit counts, addresses, and status.
• Lead and train crew on installation standards, safety, and customer interactions.
• Enforce safety compliance and conduct daily safety briefings.
