• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of project coordination or scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drop Scheduling and Production Tracking: process work orders and update status in Omnia 360 and Quickbase.
• Maintain the master drop installation tracker with daily production data.
• Monitor timelines for grant-mandated installations and flag at‑risk areas.
• Coordinate subscriber installation scheduling with client teams and field crews.
• Prioritize work orders based on activation timelines and client priorities.
• Maintain dashboards showing progress, backlog, and crew productivity.
• Track rework items and issues, ensuring corrective actions are logged.
