TelCom Construction, LLC is hiring a Telecom Drill Bores Operator to install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure. You will determine bore paths, safely operate equipment, verify utilities by potholing, and manage bore schedules while maintaining job-site setups and equipment.

The role requires 18+, US work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, a valid CDL with tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain), and drilling equipment experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license (not Provisional) with acceptable driving record.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with drilling equipment, including bore path setup and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Utilize Mud mixing systems.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Responsible for site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
