Job summary

Pearce Services, a leading provider of asset management and engineering services in North America, seeks a Telecom DC Power and Central Office Detail Engineer to support nationwide installations and site surveys.

Responsibilities include creating detailed engineering plans for transport networks and data centers, coordinating with customers and vendors, and ensuring compliance with installation standards. Travel up to 25% across the US is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to create instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Experience with installation requirements per Telco Standard TP76300(AT&T).
• Travel in home region and US for site surveys/meetings; travel international is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ability to create new process platforms and resolve any project-related issues utilizing defined processes.
• Ability to work on multiple programs and projects concurrently.
• Ability to interface with customers, vendors, and other company employees in the completion of all aspects of the business requirement.
• Must interpret network diagrams and site survey information for equipment placement and power needs.
• Create detailed engineering plans, documents and drawings for transport/access networks and co-locations for Central Office, IDCs, Data Centers, COLOs, Power Systems, and remote environments.
