Job summary

Pearce Services seeks a Senior Telecommunications Detail Engineer to support Central Office DC Power, battery systems, data centers, and remote environments. You will create detailed engineering plans, perform site surveys, and interpret network diagrams to determine equipment and power needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Telecom DC Power and Central Office detail engineering.
• Experience with AT&T systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 10-25% across the US.

Responsibilities

• Create new process platforms and resolve project issues.
• Manage multiple programs concurrently.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and team to fulfill requirements.
• Engineer and document TP76300-based installation requirements.
• Prepare detailed engineering plans for transport, CO/COLOs, and power systems.
• Research manufacturer docs to ensure correct equipment orders.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
