Job summary
Pearce Services, a technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions, seeks a senior telecom detail engineer to support DC power, central office infrastructure and data center projects across North America.
You will create engineering plans, travel regionally and nationally, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams. 10+ years in telecom DC power and installation knowledge are required; a valid driver’s license and travel readiness are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years in Telecom DC Power and related engineering.
- Experience with AT&T systems is a plus.
- Strong documentation and hands-on installation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically 10–25%.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Create new process platforms and resolve project issues.
- Interface with customers, vendors, and staff in completing business requirements.
- Engineer and document TP76300 and related installation requirements with accuracy.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans for CO, IDC, Data Centers, COLOs, and remote environments.
- Perform onsite site surveys and interpret diagrams to place new equipment and plan connections.
