Pearce Services, a leader in asset management solutions for mission-critical infrastructure, seeks an experienced telecom detail engineer. The role focuses on DC power, central office installations, and data-center related infrastructure across North America.

You will coordinate site surveys, develop engineering plans, and work with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Candidate must have 10+ years in telecom DC power and related engineering, strong computer skills, and travel 10–25% with

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with customers, vendors, and other company employees.
• Must be able to travel 10%–25% of the time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Create new process platforms and resolve project-related issues using defined processes.
• Manage multiple programs and projects concurrently.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and internal teams to meet business requirements.
• Engineer and document installation requirements per Telco TP76300 (AT&T).
• Develop detailed engineering plans and drawings for transport networks and data centers.
• Research manufacturer documentation to ensure correct equipment ordering and installation guidance.
• Conduct onsite site surveys and interpret network diagrams for equipment placement and power needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and administrative requirements.
