Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet contract specs and safety standards.

You will manage daily production, review reports, and liaise with operations and customers to resolve issues. Applicants should have 3+ years in telecom/utility construction, a valid CDL, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs. We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance.
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related tools.
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime, after hours, weekends, or on-call.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and supervise, dispatch, train, inspect, and monitor employees and subcontractors to ensure contractual and process compliance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met according to company rules and standards.
• Maintain daily production sheets and other reporting.
• Inspect trucks/equipment for defects.
• Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
