Job summary

Smartlink Group is seeking a Construction Site Manager II in San Francisco to support the construction team through all project phases, from design to completion. You will coordinate with on-site teams, manage document control, and track project activities to ensure timely and successful objectives.

The role requires an AA degree or 1–2 years in a technical field, with hands-on construction experience and knowledge of safety standards.

Qualifications

• AA degree or 1–2 years experience in a fast-paced technical field would be considered.
• Hands-on construction experience is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards, building codes, and local ordinances.
• Proven experience across various scopes of telecommunications deployment.
• Familiarity with RF fundamentals and cabling configurations.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents, including client specifications and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client design, equipment, and specs to ensure accurate implementation.
• Contribute to scoping and design meetings with RF objectives in mind.
• Maintain and update internal and client-facing databases with site data and milestones.
• Conduct on-site field visits to assess site conditions and progress.
• Manage documentation and tracking of site deliverables to meet timelines.
• Ensure timely completion of construction site deliverables and adherence to schedule.
