Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
8+ years telecommunications construction experience.
Knowledge of carrier sites, upgrades, MODS, NSB, DAS and Small Cells.
Advanced understanding of drawings, RFDS and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Supervise tower technicians and crews on construction, repair, and maintenance tasks.
Serve as on-site contact with stakeholders and maintain open communication.
Oversee tower construction activities: assembly, erection, installation, grounding, testing, and optimization.
Ensure site closeout documentation uploaded to customer platforms.
Manage site and crew administrative duties and paperwork.
Conduct testing: sweep, PIM, and fiber; ensure safety and standards.
Provide on-the-job training and promote safety and teamwork.
Maintain equipment and vehicles for project use.
Operate Capstan hoists and rigging hardware for lifting tasks.
Model and enforce OSHA/EHS safety standards and procedures.
