Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Project Analyst to support construction project planning, coordinate schedules and resources, and analyze performance to ensure successful project delivery. You will collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, field operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders, making meaningful contributions through effective coordination and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2–3 years of project analysis or coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications, utility, or construction environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for telecommunications construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resource availability.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret project data, including budgets, schedules, resource utilization, and overall project performance.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status and key performance metrics.
• Identify project risks, issues, and schedule impacts while recommending mitigation strategies.
• Assist with project budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project expenditures and support efforts to prevent budget overruns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting minutes, reports, audit records, and project files.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between internal departments, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements to project management processes and methodologies.
• Support engineering teams by coordinating technical requirements and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Assist with troubleshooting project-related technical and operational issues.
• Work with field crews one day per week to gain hands‑on construction experience.
• Support estimating activities and collaborate with the estimating team as needed.
• Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs.
