Job summary

Congruex is hiring a Project Controls Specialist in Denver to support project planning, scheduling, cost control, reporting, and performance across telecom construction projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, using Primavera P6, MS Project, and other PM tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or construction PM.
• Experience supporting telecom, utility, or construction projects; familiarity with project scheduling/reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project teams, finance, engineering, construction, suppliers, and contractors to collect data and maintain documentation.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, cost reports, performance metrics, milestones, and management reports using PM tools.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate status, risks, milestones, and schedule updates to stakeholders, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop standardized project controls procedures and data management practices to improve performance.
