Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support planning, scheduling, cost control, reporting, and performance across multiple telecommunications construction projects. You will work with project teams, finance, engineering, construction, contractors, and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget, while aligning with quality objectives.

You will contribute to standardized controls procedures, data management, and proactive communication to drive data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or construction project management.
• Experience supporting telecommunications, utility, engineering, or construction projects.
• Experience utilizing project scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project teams, finance, engineering, construction, suppliers, and contractors to collect project data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, cost reports, performance metrics, milestone tracking, and management reports using project management tools.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate project status, risks, milestones, and schedule updates to internal stakeholders, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
