Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Project Analyst to support construction project planning, coordinate schedules and resources, and analyze performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will work with project managers, engineers, field operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and continuous process improvement.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in project analysis or coordination preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications, utility, or construction environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for telecommunications construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resource availability.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret project data, including budgets, schedules, resource utilization, and overall project performance.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status and key performance metrics.
• Identify project risks, issues, and schedule impacts while recommending mitigation strategies.
• Assist with project budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project expenditures and support efforts to prevent budget overruns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting minutes, reports, audit records, and project files.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between internal departments, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements to project management processes and methodologies.
• Support engineering teams by coordinating technical requirements and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Assist with troubleshooting project-related technical and operational issues.
• Work with field crews one day per week to gain hands-on construction experience.
• Support estimating activities and collaborate with the estimating team as needed.
