Job summary

Betacom Inc. wasilla seeks an experienced Manager to supervise construction and maintenance activities on telecommunications sites. You will coordinate job work orders, schedules, and quality programs while directing field personnel to ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires strong planning, cost oversight, and safety leadership to meet contract standards and client expectations in Alaska.

Qualifications

• Supervises and directs workers on construction and maintenance projects.
• Ability to review plans, schedules, and production targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews proposed Project/Construction plans and drawings.
• Attends Bid Walks to inspect work areas and determine materials/equipment.
• Conducts Site Surveys as necessary
• Plans procedures based on start/completion dates and staffing.
• Determines workforce requirements and production schedules.
• Initiates Job Work Orders for Construction/Tower project work.
• Reviews estimates of material, costs, and delivery schedules.
• Directs testing and inspection of equipment for performance.
• Maintains quality control objectives and coordinates with field Supervisors.
• Interprets company policies and enforces safety regulations.
