Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (MIS) is seeking a Construction Manager – ISP & Antenna to lead planning, coordination, and execution of ISP, fiber, cabling, wireless, and antenna installations for large-scale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure projects.

You will manage field teams, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality, ensuring installations meet project requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of telecom, structured cabling, fiber, DAS, wireless, or construction management experience are required.
• Experience leading ISP, structured cabling, fiber optic, DAS, wireless, or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of ISP, fiber optic, structured cabling, and antenna installation activities across mission-critical and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field supervision, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Review drawings, specs, installation standards, schedules, and construction documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements.
