Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. seeks an Engineering Project Manager - ISP to lead planning, coordination, and execution of ISP/OSP engineering for data center and telecom projects. You will bridge engineering, construction, customers, and utilities to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role requires telecommunications infrastructure expertise, fiber networks, and strong communication across diverse teams. Onsite responsibilities and up to 50% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or construction management degree with 5+ years in ISP/OSP engineering or data center projects.
• Experience managing ISP engineering scopes for telecom, fiber, data center, or mission-critical infra.
• Knowledge of fiber optic networks, structured cabling, and ISP design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISP engineering coordination for data center and fiber infrastructure projects.
• Review drawings, route plans, cabling designs, and specifications with stakeholders.
• Support planning, budgeting, and constructability reviews during preconstruction.
• Manage risks, design conflicts, and technical challenges with practical solutions.
• Coordinate deliverables for procurement, construction, testing, and turnover.
