Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager - ISP & Antenna to lead ISP, fiber, structured cabling, wireless, and antenna installations on large-scale data center and mission-critical projects.

You will oversee field execution, subcontractors, safety, and schedule to ensure on-time delivery. Required: a related bachelor's degree and 5+ years of telecom/construction management experience; ability to travel up to 75%; strong leadership, drawing interpretation, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5+ years of telecom/construction management experience.
• Experience leading ISP, structured cabling, fiber, DAS, wireless, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong ability to read telecom drawings, specifications, and wiring layouts.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of ISP, fiber, cabling, and antenna installations across mission-critical projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, supervision, commissioning teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and schedules to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Support procurement planning, logistics, and strategy development.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance during installation and commissioning.
