Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager - ISP to lead planning, coordination, and execution of Outside Plant and Inside Plant engineering for data center and fiber infrastructure projects.

You will serve as the liaison between engineering, construction, customers, and utility providers, translating technical requirements into scalable solutions. Strong telecom, fiber, and ISP design knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field with 5+ years of experience in ISP engineering or similar projects.
• Experience managing ISP engineering scopes for telecommunications, fiber, data center, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with fiber optic networks, structured cabling, telecom infrastructure, and ISP design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISP engineering coordination for data center, telecom, and fiber projects.
• Review engineering drawings, fiber routes, splice diagrams, and technical specs.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, and construction teams on design reviews and constructability.
