• Experience leading field crews in wireless construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction management processes and safety practices.
• Experience with Ericsson & AT&T project scopes and drawings.
• Ability to read plans and prepare materials lists for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of jobs, sites, and crews; serve as point of contact between crews, client personnel, and subcontractors.
• Provide on-site services with crews as needed to complete projects.
• Manage project items, milestones, and required actions to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety and quality control across sites and teams.
• Attend bid walks, negotiate with subcontractors, and provide client-facing updates.
