Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a construction team supervisor to oversee daily operations of telecom cable projects (aerial or underground) in North Carolina. You will ensure timely and quality delivery while enforcing safety standards and company policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of telecom construction supervision, knowledge of industry safety regulations, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate ITG employees and partner crews on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of telecom cable construction experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of safe work practices and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily activities of technicians on telecom projects to meet timelines, quality and cost.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to ensure safety compliance.
• Assign tasks and schedules to team members including partner crews and ITG employees.
• Monitor progress and quality, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, including linemen and drillers.
• Address and resolve on-site operational issues and customer interactions.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management review.
