Qualifications

• Ability to read project plans and allocate resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily activities of a team of technicians in telecom cable construction to meet timelines, quality, and cost.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to ensure safety standards and compliance.
• Assign tasks and schedules to team members and partners, ensuring resource availability and equipment readiness.
• Monitor progress and quality, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members including linemen and drillers.
• Address on-site operational issues and support on-site customer interactions.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management review to enable timely decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to reinforce safety practices.
