Job summary

The Vatic Outsourcing Client Account Management team seeks a Client Provisioning Specialist (CPS) to support client projects and ensure smooth delivery lifecycle. The CPS acts as a primary contact for project management, identifying gaps and communicating risks to timelines and costs.

Entry-level candidates may start part-time hourly during training, with a path to full-time after 3–6 months; experienced telecom account management candidates may begin full-time.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 1+ years in telecommunications or TEM/MMS industries preferred.
• Experience presenting to executive teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Presenting to C-Level and Executive Level management teams.
• Provide feedback to clients on savings opportunities and best practices.
• Provide timely reporting to external and internal audiences.
• Perform and share weekly updates and status for assigned clients.
• Enter new, upgrade, downgrade, and disconnect service orders.
• Solicit quotes from vendors.
• Resolve escalated orders and issues; create and maintain status updates for open orders.
• Coordinate with management to ensure timely installation of client circuits.
• Schedule and prepare for customer activations and disconnections services.
