Job summary

CallTower is seeking an Implementation Project Manager I to shepherd new clients from signed contracts through full implementation and hand-off to Customer Support. You will coordinate communication, planning, and execution, staying self-motivated and highly organized.

You will gather requirements, develop plans, manage schedules, and lead meetings, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction. The role involves occasional travel and flexible hours, with remote vs onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years in a technology area (VoIP, networking or telecom preferred).
• Excellent PM, consulting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey procedures clearly.
• Able to manage remote and onsite client work and tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates and status reports.
• Lead project meetings and track progress across teams.
• Set deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress.
• Design telephone, voicemail, and call flows and provisioning in provisioning system.
• Manage equipment procurement and provisioning.
• Coordinate ordering and delivery of SIP Trunks and DIDs.
• Drive quality and continuous process improvement.
• Communicate professionally in writing and speaking; present to various audiences.
• Lead others and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
