Job summary

Vatican Outsourcing is seeking a Client Account Manager (CAM) to serve as the primary client contact across services, manage projects, invoicing, inventory, contracts, vendor relationships, provisioning, reporting, and business intelligence.

The CAM will deliver consulting on network cost reduction, cost avoidance, savings and ROI, and advise on telecom pricing to drive client satisfaction; strong Excel and communication skills required; some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 1+ years in telecommunications and/or TEM and/or MMS industries.
• Excellent presentation and project management skills.
• Strong experience with telecom invoices, pricing and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Presenting to C-Level and Executive Level management teams.
• Provide constant external feedback to clients on savings opportunities and best practices.
• Complete monthly and/or quarterly customer account review.
• Provide timely, detailed and accurate reporting to external and internal audiences.
• Perform and share with assigned clients recurring updates and status on account.
