Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in telecom, network operations, or carrier management.
• Preferred ITIL Foundation or similar certification for operational excellence.
• Experience coordinating across engineering and field deployment teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of telecom circuits, including provisioning, installation, activation, and disconnects.
• Coordinate circuit delivery across field locations to meet timelines and needs.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with carriers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Partner with Field Infrastructure to coordinate site readiness and turn-ups; validate circuit readiness prior to handoff.
• Lead vendor performance discussions and drive continuous improvement based on data.
• Maintain accurate inventory of circuits, providers, and deployment types.
