Job summary

Green Mountain Communications is seeking an experienced Civil Leadman/Foreman to oversee on-site civil site construction for telecom projects in New England. This working supervisor will direct field crews, coordinate tools and materials, and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

The role requires prior civil construction experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to operate site machinery. Travel throughout New England is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil or general construction.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Experience operating machinery preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct field team members and train civil crew personnel.
• Perform civil construction for telecom sites safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Operate equipment such as small excavators and skid steers safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools and materials; plan jobs effectively.
