Job summary

Centerline Communications LLC, based in Holbrook, MA, seeks a Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee end-to-end small-cell construction and telecom installations in the Boston area. The role requires heavy equipment experience, trenching, and a proven ability to lead field crews, manage safety, scheduling, and project costs while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the telecom or utility construction industry as a foreman or in a supervisory role preferred.
• Massachusetts Hoisting License and CDL-A Driver's License are required.
• Must be able to operate company vehicle and perform independent judgments with safety considerations.
• Strong organizational skills and planning ability to balance workloads.
• Must pass OSHA-10 within 90 days and DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities
• Maintain accurate attendance, manpower needs and site related activities using laptop and software
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding project updates and other necessary information
• Account for job site expenditures and provide supporting documentation
• Analyze job site production levels and financial data daily
• Inspect job site for safety and readiness of crews
• Read blueprints to understand finished project appearance
• Ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Managers on plan reviews and materials
• Provide recommendations to improve job site performance and save time and money
• Deliver toolbox talks on safety and site matters
• Manage materials, machinery, and tools per project plans
• Measure, mark, and photograph for dig safe
• Train field laborers and operators
• Complete field rating system as needed
• Conduct annual reviews of equipment operators and laborers
• Perform regular inventory reviews
• Perform other duties as assigned
