Job summary

Centerline Communications in Holbrook, MA, is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee end-to-end small-cell construction projects in the Boston area. You will lead field crews, read plans, and ensure safety and quality on telecom infrastructure sites.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom or utility construction supervision, a CDL-A and MA Hoisting License, and a commitment to OSHA-10 and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ telecom or utility construction supervisory experience.
• CDL-A and MA Hoisting License required.
• Must pass OSHA-10 within 90 days.
• Must pass DOT Physical.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Read plans and specs to determine work activities.
• Monitor attendance, manpower and site activities using software.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors on project updates.
• Maintain site safety and proper incident reporting.
• Inspect and ensure QA/QC of products and services.
• Read blueprints to visualize finished project.
• Support plan reviews with operations and PMs.
