Job summary

Capstone Solutions seeks an experienced Civil Foreman for the greater Kent/Seattle area to manage all aspects of civil construction in the telecommunications field. The role focuses on leading crews, coordinating site preparation, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.

Strong communication with engineers, subcontractors, and clients is essential for project flow. The successful candidate will supervise and mentor field teams, oversee equipment and material readiness, and

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel frequently across WA and NW job sites.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead crew members.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Civil Techs I and II.
• Lead crews to clear and prepare sites for construction.
• Communicate engineering and construction drawings to crew.
• Ensure materials are on hand for each job.
• Supervise Civil Tech I/II and assist development.
• Monitor crew safety practices and compliance.
• Lead safety meetings and perform JHAs.
• Ensure equipment and tools are in safe operating condition.
