Job summary
Granite seeks a results-driven Business Development Sales Associate in Quincy, MA to drive growth through prospecting, cold outreach, and closing deals. You will research markets, generate leads, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with product and engineering to ensure fit and feasibility.
A minimum of 1 year in sales and strong communication skills are required. This commission-eligible role offers uncapped commissions with an estimated second-year OTE of $60,000–$180,000, plus quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to translate complex technology solutions into business value.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Lead negotiations and present customized proposals.
- Track progress against sales targets and report to management.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure feasible solutions.
