Job summary

Cable-East, Inc. is seeking a Cable TV Finance Administrator to support invoice quality, billing accuracy and revenue integrity for telecom construction projects.

You will audit records, validate costs and documentation, and resolve discrepancies to ensure complete, timely invoices for assigned customers. In this role you will collaborate with construction coordinators, project managers, and field staff to maintain billing readiness, monitor trends and improve controls and workflows using Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ billing, finance or project support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform billing-quality review and invoice administration for assigned lines of business.
• Audit completed job packets and as-built records for billing readiness; validate documentation.
• Review change-order estimates for billing completeness, accuracy, and approvals.
• Reconcile completed project activity and costs to support accurate forecasting and closeout.
• Maintain an organized audit trail; confirm projects are financially ready for billing and closeout.
• Track outstanding documentation and escalate gaps affecting billing readiness.
• Monitor invoice quality, billing status and aging items; provide actionable reports to leadership.
• Analyze recurring billing defects and suggest corrective actions and improvements.
• Partner with Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to resolve billing exceptions and ensure timely data entry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
