Job summary

MetTel seeks a Client Data Analyst to join the Finance & Accounting Team in Holmdel, NJ. You will ensure accurate billing and provide exceptional client support, using your analytical skills to interpret data, summarize findings, and present insights to partners and management.

The role involves auditing performance against quotes and budgets, documenting Special Billing Arrangements, and collaborating with IT to develop reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL Server is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment.
• Relevant telecom industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and documents data, interprets results, summarizes findings, and presents to partners and management for effective decision-making.
• Audits performance of individual matters and portfolios of business against established quotes, budgets, revenue and realization.
• Reviews documentation and creates database records summarizing Special Billing Arrangements.
• Works with IT to develop tools to monitor and report on Special Billing Arrangements.
• Provides relevant knowledge and support to others in the Firm in a manner that increases the level of understanding of corporate transactions and special billing arrangements.
• Understands and responds to inquiries and requests made by customers, agents and staff and demonstrates this understanding through the use of effective communication.
• Assists with updating documentation relating to Special Billing Arrangements.
• Actively seeks to enhance knowledge of all Client Administration procedures and processes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Client Data Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting Team in our Holmdel, New Jersey Office !

The Client Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate billing and providing exceptional customer support to our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and analytical skills. They will be curious and eager to understand the full lifecycle of billing charges to foster improvements.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $60,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
