The D.C.-based telecommunications group advises clients on a broad range of regulatory, transactional, and commercial matters before the Federal Communications Commission, NASA, NOAA, the Department of Commerce, and other federal agencies, courts, and state regulators. Our team also regularly drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors. Candidates with experience related to satellite regulations, transactional due diligence, and drafting commercial agreements on behalf of telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and technology clients are strongly encouraged to apply.
