Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, D.C. office seeks a junior associate (with one to two years of experience) to join its growing telecommunications practice.

The D.C.-based telecommunications group advises clients on a broad range of regulatory, transactional, and commercial matters before the Federal Communications Commission, NASA, NOAA, the Department of Commerce, and other federal agencies, courts, and state regulators.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory and transactional matters in the telecommunications industry.
• D.C. Bar eligibility or admission to the Bar is required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory and transactional matters before federal agencies (FCC, NASA, NOAA, Department of Commerce) and state regulators.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements in telecommunications and digital infrastructure.
• Counsel clients on regulatory, transactional, and commercial matters in telecommunications.
