Job summary

Greenberg Traurig's Washington, D.C. office seeks a junior associate (1–2 years of experience) to join its growing telecommunications practice.

The team advises clients on regulatory, transactional, and commercial matters before the FCC, NASA, NOAA, the Department of Commerce, and other agencies, courts, and regulators. They draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements in telecom and digital infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in regulatory and transactional matters in telecommunications.
• Experience related to satellite regulations and drafting commercial agreements for telecom/digital infra clients.
• Must be in good standing with the D.C. Bar or eligible for admission.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on regulatory, transactional, and commercial matters before the FCC, NASA, NOAA, Dept. of Commerce and other agencies, courts, and state regulators.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements in telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors.
