Job summary

North Sky Communications, LLC is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial II. You'll support the Aerial Telecom Crew by ensuring materials and equipment are readily available, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency for fiber and telecom cable installation and maintenance.

The wage for Laborer Telecom Aerial II is $30.00 - $31.00 per hour. You will provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members, move equipment, and maintain readiness of company vehicles in all weather to meet project

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to become a certified pole climber.
• 0-3 years labor experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Ability to work safely in solo and team environments.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• DOT physical clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members to ensure efficient operations.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed by the crew leader.
• Ensure door-tag notifications and resident alerts for construction activities are completed before work begins each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment for daily readiness.
• Perform manual excavation and minor repairs with shovels and mechanical tools as required.
• Direct and flag traffic flow according to local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions to meet project deadlines.
• Assist with basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
