North Sky Communications, LLC in Washington state is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial II to support the Aerial Telecom Crew by providing tools, parts, and materials, and by moving equipment to ensure efficiency and safety on the job.

Requirements include CDL Class A, 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and 0–3 years of labor experience. Benefits include weekly pay, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• CDL Class A required.
• DOT medical clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members to ensure efficiency.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment under crew direction.
• Ensure door-tag notifications and resident alerts before work starts each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform manual excavation and minor repairs as required.
• Direct and flag traffic per DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and on-call as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions to meet deadlines.
• Assist with basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
