Job summary

Globe Communications LLC is hiring a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance. You will guide less experienced team members on-site and ensure quality workmanship.

The role requires vigilance in safety, the ability to handle high work elevations, and travel for storm response on short notice. A CDL-A is preferred and a DOT medical card is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related telecom/aerial installation experience.
• Willingness to obtain or hold pole climbing certification and CDL Class A is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam and maintain valid medical card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems according to codes and customer requirements.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick, and other equipment.
• Maintain safe work areas and manage traffic flow on job sites.

Education

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent

3+ years related work experience

Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified

CDL Class A preferred
