Texstar Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems in the field, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will guide less experienced crew members and serve as the on-site expert.

This position requires working at heights, adhering to codes, and occasional storm-response travel. Training and growth opportunities are available within the operations team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience required.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• DOT medical card (pass required).
• 3+ years related work experience or willingness to become certified as a pole climber.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems per codes and customer requirements.
• Ensure on-site safety and smooth traffic flow at job sites.
• Work at heights using climbing equipment; operate hand and power tools.
• Provide guidance to junior crew members and support storm-response travel as needed.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety.
