Job summary

Globe Communications, LLC is seeking an entry-level Telecom Aerial Foreman to supervise installation and maintenance of aerial telecom systems on-site. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality while guiding less experienced crew members.

The role requires physical readiness, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel for storm response. DOT medical card and climbing certification are expected or attainable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• DOT physical exam with valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related field experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems in compliance with codes and customer requirements.
• Ensure safety and proper traffic flow at job sites.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Provide guidance to teammates and support others as needed.
• Be prepared to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety.
