Job summary

White Mountain Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecomm Aerial Foreman to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding less experienced crew members on-site.

The role requires at least 3 years of related work experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to travel for storm response on short notice. A DOT medical card is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience required.
• Valid US driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• DOT physical exam with valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems on site.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of work areas.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members as needed.
• Travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety.
