Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will guide less experienced team members and serve as the on-site expert.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license (not Provisional) with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Certified pole climber or willing to become certified.
• CDL Class A driver license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems according to codes and customer requirements.
• Safely operate equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators.
• Maintain safe work areas and ensure smooth traffic flow on site.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Use hand and power tools safely (wrenches, drills, saws).
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Travel for storm response on short notice when required.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
