Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will act as the on-site expert, guiding and supporting less experienced crew members.

Responsibilities include coordinating fiber/telecom cable installations, using bucket trucks and digger derricks, and ensuring safe work areas.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and maintain a valid medical card.
• Three+ years of related work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to codes and customer requirements.
• Safely use equipment like bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators.
• Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly on the job.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws.
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
