What You’ll Do As a Telecom Aerial Foreman

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Safely operate equipment like bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators
• Maintain safe work areas and ensure smooth traffic flow during work
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders safely
• Use hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Be prepared to travel for storm response on short notice
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Be a certified pole climber or willing to become certified
• CDL Class “A” driver license preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Work with arms above shoulder level, at heights, in confined spaces, and remote locations
• Operate vehicles and heavy machinery, use ladders, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift objects over 55 pounds
• Occasionally use keyboard and mouse

Starting Range: $28/hour based on experience plus a $2000 sign-on bonus
