Compensation and Bonuses: Starting range $28/hour based on experience, with a $2000 sign-on bonus.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Safely operate equipment like bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators.
• Maintain safe work areas and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Be prepared to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and safety documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class “A” license preferred.

Physical Abilities & Exposures:

• Work with arms above shoulder level, at heights, in confined spaces, and remote locations.
• Operate vehicles and heavy machinery.
• Use ladders, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift objects over 55 pounds.
