Job summary

Parkside Utility Construction is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Aerial to oversee all project operations, assign tasks, track materials, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will manage on-site personnel, provide on-the-job training, allocate daily production to crews, requisition materials, audit operations for compliance, and support timely project completion per specifications.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Good understanding of OSHA requirements and safety priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operations to ensure construction work meets customer and industry specifications.
• Provide on-the-job training on construction methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract laborers and crews.
• Requisition, assign and track materials needed for daily operations.
• Audit construction operations for compliance with project specifications and safety practices.
• Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where personnel are working.
• Review daily production reports and material usage sheets; maintain accurate maps of built areas.
• Reconcile issued parts and materials for accurate usage; approve production for billing.
• Other duties as assigned.
