Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operations to ensure construction finishes per customer and industry specifications.
• Provide On the Job Training on construction practices for safety and productivity.
• Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract laborers and crews.
• Requisition, assign, and track materials for daily operations.
• Perform audits to ensure compliance with project specs and safe practices.
• Resolve complaints with property owners in work areas.
• Review daily production reports and reconcile material usage.
• Verify submitted Daily Production Reports and approve billing records.
• Other duties as assigned.
