What You'll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using dialer software.
• Pitch products or services and apply persuasion techniques to close sales.

• Follow compliance requirements using designated compliance software during all calls.

What We're Looking For

• One to five or more years of experience in telemarketing or tele-sales.
• Practical experience with cold calling and persuasion techniques.
• Working knowledge of dialer software and customer relationship management systems.

• Familiarity with compliance software requirements for outbound calling.
